
I’m Alison, a counsellor, artist and practicing GP . In my work at Redwing Counselling, I’m here in the role purely of a therapist, offering a calm, steady, safe space for people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unheard.
I support people navigating anxiety, low mood, burnout and the emotional pressures that often accompany the loneliness of healthcare roles. My approach is quiet, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that feeling safe is the starting point for meaningful change.
